Partyline is a text-first AI assistant that can coordinate people across connected channels. This policy explains the private and shared data we use to do that, the limits of our privacy promises, and the places where connected providers are part of the path.

What we collect
- Messages and replies you send to Partyline through supported channels.
- Profile and contact details that come from the channel or account you use to talk to us.
- Derived memory such as private summaries, shared summaries, activity context, and opt-in coordination artifacts.
- Google Calendar and Contacts data, only if you choose to connect your Google account. See Google user data below.
- Technical data needed to operate, secure, and debug the service.
We keep raw user chats scoped to the current user and we design the product so those chats are not exposed to other users by default.
We also create shared derived memory so Partyline can help people coordinate, discover, and connect. Shared memory is sanitized for the job, but it is still data generated from real conversations.
Partyline may process information through service providers such as messaging channels, hosting, analytics, or AI providers that help us run the product. We do not promise end-to-end privacy across every hop in that path.
We do not want to build ad-tech around your raw private chats. If we change how data is used in a meaningful way, we will update this policy and the product copy that points to it.
How we use it
- To respond to messages and coordinate actions.
- To store private and shared memory with the right scope.
- To keep the service secure, reliable, and measurable.
- To comply with legal, safety, and operational requirements.
Retention and deletion
We keep data for as long as needed to operate the service, support the user experience, investigate issues, and satisfy legal or accounting obligations. Some records may remain in backups or logs for a period of time even after the primary record is removed.
Your choices
You can stop using Partyline, disconnect supported channels, and contact us about data access or deletion requests. Because the product relies on connected providers, some changes may need to be made in more than one place.

Google user data
Connecting Google is optional. Partyline works over text without it. If you connect your Google account, Partyline asks for access to your Google Calendar, your Google Contacts, and your basic Google profile (name, email address, and profile picture). We do not request access to Gmail or Google Drive.
Partyline's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
What we access
- Calendar events: titles, times, locations, descriptions, attendees and their responses, and each event's status, ID, and link, so Partyline can tell you what's on your schedule and plan around it.
- Free/busy times, so Partyline can check when you are available.
- Creating calendar events, only after you approve it. Partyline first shows you the event's title, time, and attendees. If the event has attendees, Google sends them the invitation.
- Contacts (read-only): names, email addresses, phone numbers, and organizations, so Partyline can find the right person when you ask it to.
- Your basic Google profile (name, email address, and profile picture), to show which account is connected.
How we use it
- Only to provide features you ask for: answering questions about your calendar or contacts, checking availability, and creating events you approve. This includes scheduled tasks you ask Partyline to run for you.
- Partyline reads Google data when a request needs it. We do not sync or copy your whole calendar or contact list.
- To answer you, the Google data a request retrieved is sent to the AI model provider that generates Partyline's replies.
What we never do
- Sell Google user data.
- Use or transfer it for advertising, retargeting, or interest-based ads.
- Use it to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models.
- Use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
- Let people read it, except when you have given us permission to view specific data, when needed for security or to investigate abuse, to comply with the law, or when it has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
Storage, security, and deletion
Your Google access tokens are stored encrypted by our authorization provider, Vercel Connect, not in Partyline's database. Partyline keeps only an internal identifier that links the connection to your account. All data is encrypted in transit.
The Google data Partyline retrieves for a request is saved with that conversation, together with Partyline's reply, and may inform conversation summaries and your private memory. It is kept under the retention terms above.
You can disconnect Google at any time from your Partyline workspace, which revokes our access. You can also remove Partyline at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Disconnecting stops new access but does not delete conversations already saved. To delete them, email hello@partyline.space.
